MyLow: Derived from the two words My and Low. My [mahy]: a form of the possessive case of I used as an attributive adjective, and Low [loh]: situated, placed, or occurring not far above the ground, floor, or base. Although none of this makes sense to you, it makes tons of sense in MyCranium.

So you wanna know about me huh? Well I like long walks on the beach, I am told to be as cool as a cat and as smooth as a seal. But one thing is for sure I like it better with the lights ON. Three things I can't live with out are Music and Dancing. I also took entry level math three times and failed it all four times. So since math obviously wasn't working out I found my calling working with music. But since my singing sounds about the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard I took the next best option and talk about people who actually can sing. Which leads me to where I am today on "Albany's Number One Hit Music Station!"

Born in Saratoga Springs , NY and raised by Angelina Jo Lee. Always have been around music, artistic people, and rehabilitating superheros. I love most food, pets, jeeps, music, dancing, sarcastic cynical perspectives on life, and most of all.. My beautiful wife and incredible daughter.

Pet peeves? Don't get me started. People that say "like" 6 times in the course of a 30 second conversation. Name dropping egotistical malignant narcissists that cannot have an intelligent conversation without something cliche to say. When Subway runs out of bread. Airheads. Movies: My favorite movie changes every time my new favorite movie comes out. My DVD collection is predominately comedy, suspense, action, and A LOT of dance movies.

TV: NCIS, SVU, pretty much all of Comedy Central, and I still got love for the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air.

Sports: I played a lot of baseball as a kid. I also played pro hockey in my friends driveway and pro basketball in his neighbors drive way. I retired around 16. At that point dance took over. I'm a pretty sick ballerina.

1. What's your zodiac sign? well according to the Chinese buffet its a fish.

2. Where do you hangout outside of work?  Well lets just say I'll never find a girlfriend at the places I hang out.

3. What's the craziest thing you've ever done? OOOOOOH I'd have to say filling out this survey!  I'm a rebel!  Before that I'd say the craziest thing I've ever done was talked my way backstage at the American Idol concert season 3.  "What? Don't you know who I am??  Im the grandson of Wilfred Brimley and I have 'Diabee-tis' too!  Hasn't my family suffered enough?"

4. Where would you go on your perfect vacation? Downtown Cohoes!  I'm stocking up on film!!!

5. What's your pet peeve? Those people on Facebook who send out those bulletins about how "people are fake lately and how I should repost this"

6. If you could be any celebrity who would you be? Well certainly not Anna Nicole Smith  cuz she's dead.  I'd have to say John Ritter.   Oh wait...

7. What would you do if you won the lotto? I'd buy Wendy Blake who works in the traffic department here a new weave, I'd go to Italy and I'd also invest money  into research to find out exactly what rice crispies are trying to tell us. 

8. Life would be perfect if? Jello shots didn't expire

9. What's the biggest misconception about your job? That I have a real one.

10. What's your theme song? I have two currently; "Rehab" By Amy Winehouse and the other is "I Will Be" by Wynonna.   "Rehab" is for when I'm drinking.  "I Will Be" is for the morning after.
