The lineup begins at 4:15pm and the parade will commence at 4:30pm. NorthStar Church is sponsoring the event and will provide free chips, hot dogs, and drinks after the parade. In the event of rain, the parade will be moved to the Shenendahowa Adult Community Center for crafts and goodies.
