Katy Perry may have just started a business… Samantha Bolton arrived to a meet and greet in Louisville Kentucky last night dressed in a handmade outfit. Worth over $300, Samantha decorated a dress with rhinestones and the tour logo and needless to say, it caught Katy Perry’s eye. She was so impressed with the outfit, that she posted a video on Snapchat and now Samantha is getting inquires for more dresses. Although Samantha already has a full time job, she hopes this will be the exposure she needs to start her own design business. Maybe Katy can front her the money.
