Doug Robb, the lead singer of the rock band, kicks himself for not putting out the song with the global superstar, who was a new artist at the time. The song was featured without Rihanna on Hoobastank’s album, ‘Every Man For Himself.’ “There is a version of a [Hoobastank] song featuring [Rihanna] when she was a ‘newer’ artist. Displaying a total lack of foresight, we didn’t use that version of the song for the album,” Robb tweeted following Rihanna’s halftime performance on Sunday (February 12).
