Since canceling his Wonder Tour last July, Shawn Mendes has been working on his mental health and attending therapy sessions. Mendes says, “the process was very difficult. A lot of doing therapy and trying to understand how I was feeling and what was making me feel that way.” Mendes says, “doing the work to help myself and heal” has been his main focus. “The Treat You Better” singer is grateful for the people surrounding him and his fans for their love and understanding. How has therapy made you a better person?
