New Chick-fil-A Proposed for Rensselaer County

The town of Brunswick could be the Capital Region's newest home home for a new Chick-fil-A, joining Clifton Park and East Greenbush. The Times Union says a developer from Clifton Park is said to be proposing a Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and mattress store along Hoosick Rd, across the street from Walmart.

The plan is being reviewed by town officials. One of the main concerns is traffic along Route 7. The review process is expected to take several months before a decision is made.
