New Coffee Shop & Boutique Coming to Saratoga County

The name may even have a familiar ring to it, ‘Boutique & Coffee Shop Made Simple’ is owned by Nicole Phillips-Wilson, who also owns ‘Life Maid Simple’, a cleaning company which services the Capital Region.

Phillips-Wilson tells the Daily Gazette that it will be a ‘real’ coffee shop.

With espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, brewed coffee, iced coffee, we’ll have teas and things like that. And we’re planning on selling baked goods from other bakeries, and I’m going to have a selection of low-carb, gluten-free and regular stuff, just so we can cater to everyone.

The new shop is expected to open its doors this fall, either late September or early October in the Crescent Commons plaza at 1471 Route 9 in Halfmoon. The location was a key factor in Phillips-Wilson’s decision to open in that section of town.

There is not any other coffee shops in that Halfmoon area, besides Dunkin’ and Stewarts. All the other coffee shops in Clifton Park are by the mall.

In addition to coffee and boutique clothing items, they will also offer gifts, gift baskets and a healing station featuring crystals, incense and sage.
