Britney Spears has filed a trademark for her first-ever jewelry line, bringing her one step closer to launching the brand. The filing met all requirements and is awaiting review by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The motivation behind securing the trademark was to prevent others from using the name before Britney could debut her vision. While there is no official launch date yet, Britney and her team are working on the line, which will be exclusive to jewelry and feature pieces designed with Britney's involvement. The singer first teased the project on Instagram last November, expressing excitement for the unique and one-of-a-kind pieces to come.
