In his posthumous memoir, Eric Dane reveals a tense incident with Josh Duhamel while filming "Las Vegas" in 2004, where repeated tie pulling during a fight scene aggravated Dane's neck injury. Despite initially reacting with aggression, Dane later apologized to Duhamel, and the two actors maintained a good relationship afterward. Dane's memoir also discusses his medical struggles leading to an ALS diagnosis in 2024, following a misdiagnosis and failed treatments. He reflects on the emotional toll of his diagnosis, describing it as a "death sentence." The memoir captures both the confrontation with Duhamel and Dane's journey through his health challenges.
