The song's lyrics reflect Capaldi's inner battles, with lines like "Most nights I fear / That I'm not enough" and "But when hope is lost / And I come undone."
Capaldi's comeback coincides with rumors of an unannounced appearance at Glastonbury, where he previously received vocal support from fans during a challenging performance.
Capaldi's hiatus was due to focusing on his physical and mental health and adjusting to a Tourette's diagnosis.
