Megan Fox has given birth to her fourth child—a baby girl—her first with ex-fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. The couple has not publicly revealed the baby’s name or date of birth.
Fox, 38, shares three sons—Noah, Bodhi, and Journey—with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. MGK, 34, is also father to a daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.
The couple began dating in 2020 and announced their engagement in 2022, later experiencing a miscarriage. Fox confirmed her pregnancy in late 2024. Though they reportedly ended their engagement in December, they remained committed to co-parenting.
MGK shared on Instagram that he collaborated with Travis Barker and others to create a special instrumental piece for the birth, which was played during the delivery.
