Trainor made the announcement on her Instagram Stories, explaining that balancing the new album release, tour preparation, and family responsibilities has become overwhelming. The decision comes after Trainor and her husband welcomed their new baby in January and as she gears up to release her seventh studio album, "Toy With Me." The canceled tour was set to stop at more than 30 venues across North America, with Icona Pop scheduled to open for Trainor. Trainor expressed regret for disappointing fans but emphasized the importance of prioritizing her family at this time.
