SZA is working on her third studio album, driven by her desire to preserve humanity in the face of AI-generated music. She expresses frustration at the disproportionate impact of AI on Black music and the stereotypical representations it produces. Feeling like she's competing against anti-intellectualism in the music industry, SZA aims to channel her angst into unique and human-centered music. Collaborating with artists like Steve Lacy, she seeks to create music that reflects her humanity and pushes boundaries in the industry.
