It's 3am and you're hungry - now you've got a spot downtown
It's called 'Olive & Oregano' and owner, Flerida Santana Johnas hopes to be open within the next couple months. The new restaurant, located next to the MVP Arena, will focus on take-out rather than dine-in - with food available around the clock.
Olive & Oregano is being built around how the city actually functions today, providing reliable access to food throughout the day and night rather than focusing only on limited dining windows.
Santana Johnas says the menu will be a combination of Greek and Dominican dishes including gyros, soups, breakfast sandwiches, drinks and sides. Olive & Oregano will also offer catering services for downtown events and businesses.
