What dog doesn't love treats? Now there's a specialty store that gives them the best treat of all, ice cream! A new shop called 'The Doggy Bag' has just opened at the intersection of Route 4 & 151 in East Greenbush.
Robin Pugliese with the Doggy Bag tells NewsChannel 13 that they look forward to serving both canines and humans.
I hope we can help a lot of dogs in the area, I think it’s hard to find something that’s all natural without the preservatives, so I just hope our business just keeps growing, and more people find us, and enjoy our little store as much as we do.
In addition to ice cream, the store offers a variety of dog treats and yes, they do have an ice cream menu for humans too.
Due to health codes, dogs aren't allowed in the store, but can order at the walk up window.
They're open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
