Rumors have been swirling since January
Glenmont residents will soon have a new grocery shopping option. Trader Joe’s has announced plans to open a location at Glenmont Plaza, 388 Feura Bush Road - that's according to the company’s official Opening Soon list. While an exact opening date has not been confirmed, the store is expected to be up and running by the end of 2025.
Trader Joe’s is expanding carefully across the country, with Glenmont among 21 new locations planned in the next year. Glenmont will be the third location in the Capital Region, with stores already in Clifton Park and Colonie.
Updates about store openings, including whether locations will sell beer or wine, are available on the Trader Joe’s website. For now, excitement is building as Glenmont prepares to welcome its newest neighbor.
