The eatery officially opened its doors Thursday
A locally owned ramen restaurant is expanding their footprint in the Capital Region. Kuma Ani, which already has locations on 6th Avenue in Troy and on Wolf Rd, has opened their third location on Watervliet Shaker Road in Latham.
The new restaurant offers ramen dishes, ban mein, donburi and a selection of bubble teas.
Kuma Ani is open everyday except Monday from 11am-9pm for both dine-in or take-out. See their complete menu here.
