Free shuttles will be offered Saturday and Sunday.
Heading to the Albany Tulip Festival this Mother’s Day weekend? The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is making it easier to get to Washington Park with a free shuttle service. Shuttles will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, and Sunday, May 12.
If you're looking for Albany Tulip Festival parking, you can leave your car at one of three lots and hop on a shuttle:

Eagle Street lot at Madison Avenue

Albany Medical Center lot off Robin Street
CDTA shuttles to Washington Park will arrive every 20 to 25 minutes.
