Rivers Casino in Schenectady is offering a free dealer training course starting on October 5 for individuals interested in becoming table game dealers. The six-week course will cover Blackjack and other table games, with successful students eligible for a part-time or full-time dealer position at Rivers, earning over $25 per hour plus benefits. Classes will run Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. between October 5 and November 13, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. The program will be held at Rivers Casino’s Training and Development Center, and interested candidates can apply online through the casino’s website.
