Rowland Street to close at NY Route 29 in Milton this week as crews work to improve safety
The New York State Department of Transportation is warning Saratoga County travelers of a road closure this week in Milton.
Rowland Street, which carries Saratoga County Route 47, will close between Route 29 and Grand Avenue, for one week starting Monday, April 14th.
Detours will urge motorists to take Geyser Road and Middle Line Road to connect with Route 29 and Rowland Street, and to expect delays while road crews are working on the intersection at Route 29 and Rowland Street. Weather may cause delays to this timetable.
The project is the beginning of a new roundabout planned for the intersection.
