Update 6:11pm: NewsChannel 13 says they have confirmed with police that a man jumped from the Patroon Island Bridge.
Update 5:36pm: DOT traffic camera at the 787/I-90 interchange shows a number of emergency vehicles on the north and southbound lanes.

The northbound lanes on I-787 in the area of exit 5, the interchange for I-90 have been shut down. There are reports of police department activity in the area, but no official word as to the reason for the road closure.
