This is video a viewer sent to NewsChannel 13 on Wednesday afternoon. It shows (what was) perhaps a truck that had caught fire over on the right shoulder. This happened at Exit 20 in Ulster County near Saugerties.
State Police had the Thruway down to one lane in that area.
