Several roads are blocked off
A watermain break in Troy has the intersection of 6th Avenue and Federal Street. In a video posted by Sidewinder Photography, water can be seen bubbling up in the intersection as a significant amount of water has flooded the streets.
Crews are on the scene as they attempt to get the water under control. Traffic is being rerouted, avoid the area if you can.
