Will Another Strong Storm Pound The Area This Weekend?

Reuters

This storm will most likely miss us.

All of your favorite local meteorologists are keeping a close eye on a system that may or may NOT hit The Capital Region on Sunday into Monday.

So, what are they saying? Well, for the most part they're all in agreement that it's still too early to tell what this storm is going to do. It;s a case of "we may get none or we may get a bunch" right now. It really depends on if the course of the storm stays as is or shifts off the coast and heads more inland.

If we were to actually get this storm, it would arrive on Sunday night and continue until Monday morning. The one thing we have in our favor is that, unlike the storm that slammed the area last weekend, there aren't any early signs that we are definitely going to get this storm. While the immediate Capital Region's chances of getting this storm are slim (baring any shifts over the next few days), it does look like the southern part of New England will get hit.
