Starbucks is offering free tall 12-ounce hot or iced brewed coffees to rewards members in the U.S. on Feb. 10. Non-members can sign up for Starbucks Rewards by Feb. 9 to receive the offer. The promotion is a rare one as Starbucks has been scaling back on discounts and promotions. The chain has also introduced free refills and brought back the condiment bar, along with launching its Valentine's Day menu featuring new drinks like Blackberry Sage Refreshers.
